OUR STORE POLICY

At Holt Lighting Depot, we want your buying experience to be a pleasant one. We make purchasing easy by accepting all major credit cards, cash or company check. If you are a builder, designer, or with the trade, you may choose to set up an account with us. We stock thousands of lighting and electrical supplies available for pick up at our showroom or warehouse for your convenience.

RETURN POLICY: Please call us at 314-533-2227 if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase. All in-stock retail orders are returnable within 30 days of receipt for a full refund accompanied by a store receipt. All returns must be in its original packaging in resalable condition and not previously installed. Any shipping costs associated with the return of an item are the responsibility of the purchaser. A restocking fee may apply to certain products per manufacturer. If you return an item with a restocking fee, it will be deducted from the refund.

Exceptions: NON-STOCKED, SPECIAL ORDERS, CLOSEOUTS, INVENTORY SALE ITEMS, AND CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON-CANCELLABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN: Custom Orders,Special Orders,Large Quantity Orders, orders placed from Project Quotations, Special Purchases (clearance items,showroom displays,inventory sale items,custom quotes) and consumables such as light bulbs, parts, shades, and cords.
